7 Classic Shell is a collection of features that were available in older versions of Windows but are removed from Vista and Windows 7. Now go to Skin tab and select SevenVG skin from the list. The Classic Shell program includes both an overhaul to the Start Menu system that allows you to switch out the Windows 8/Windows 10 system for the classic single column Start Menu that harkens all the way back to Windows XP, a two-column arrangement, and the Windows 7 style You can open it either by going to All Programs -> Classic Shell -> Start Menu Settings option or by right-clicking on Start button and selecting Settings option.
